1. Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your name (if provided), email address, and — if you use phone-based sign-in or recovery — your phone number.
- Verification information, including one-time codes sent by email or SMS to secure your account. These messages are transactional and user-initiated.

- Liability waiver record, indicating whether you have accepted the in-app liability waiver.

- Website information, collected through cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website (see Cookies below).
We do not collect payment card details directly; purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own privacy practices.
2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your fitness data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
3. Sensitive and Health-Related Data
Fitness and workout data may be considered sensitive personal information under laws such as the California Privacy Rights Act and the Colorado Privacy Act, and special-category data under the GDPR. We process this data only to provide the Service to you. We do not sell it and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
We are not a healthcare provider, and the Service is not subject to HIPAA.
4. How We Share Information
We may share personal information:
- With service providers and vendors who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, email and SMS delivery, and analytics), under contracts that limit their use of the data;
- With app stores and payment processors that handle purchases;

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Our mobile app may use device identifiers and analytics tools for similar purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and then for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
